Rhubarb Crumple Cupcakes

Although the title doesn't seem to imply it, these cupcakes are great for breakfast! In fact, I would title them muffins rather than cupcakes. The inside of the cupcake contains fresh rhubarb, cinnamon, and nutmeg with a quality crunchy topping of brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats. Therefore, you can indulge yourself in the breakfast hours or serve with ice-cream for a different take on a traditional crumble! Scope the pic! Yummy!
